In my experience, if you have an appointment at 9 am, the clinic is running about an hour late, get an appointment at 11 am and the clinic is running 2.5 hours late. This has happened for the last 2 years. Also, the nurses and reception staff that I have encountered are unfriendly, and treat patients as objects.
