Mum stayed on a med ward in EAU. After the lights were turned off at night the noise from the staff was very loud. Mum mentioned this and guess what? It got a lot worse, with things been thrown around. Mum begged us not to say anything because she was afraid how they would retaliate. I hope their loved ones are treated with more respect. Bullies.
