"Left distraught by cruel treatment"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

After spinal surgery I stayed on the Victor Holsey ward For 1 week. The hygiene standards practiced were extremely poor. The attitude of the nurses Was indifference and neglect. I was treated Inhumanly on many occasions. Especial during the night Shifts. There is a strong culture of cruelty and cover up On this ward by nursing staff. I witnessed brain surgery Patients lives being put at risk, Through neglect and bad practice. I truly suffered in there and as a Vulnerable patient I am left devastated and shocked.
