"no root canal treatment despite refferal"

I had a consultation in restorative clinic, no treatment was given despite dentist refferal and my extremaly strong pain . specialist delayed all the tme next appointments I was given finally advice by specialist in hospital to use private dentist who charge for endodontic treatment £ 500-600. Reception is a joke daesnt respond at all only leave the message is the option. shocking experience .
