"Very poor all round"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

I have had to attend A and E 3 times and on all three occasions was left waiting for four hours! One day, I had to attend for urgent blood tests and a scan and was left waiting for 9 hours. I was supposed to have surgery in August and it has been cancelled twice - I still have no date. I am told that since Kings has taken over, they have cut down the surgery times. If you can help it - Don"t go to this hospital.
