I arrived at A&E at 0800 suffering from a black eye and lacerated forehead sustained the night before in a fall at my home. I was dealt with kindly and efficiently by a male receptionist. I was seen within half an hour by a triage nurse and doctor and had my temperature and blood pressure taken. I waited only another 45 minutes for a blood sample to be taken. Following another half an hour I was seen by a young female doctor. The treatment I received (which included X-Ray and ECG), was very thorough, professional, courteous and compassionate, I cannot speak highly enough of the manner in which I was dealt with from start to finish and was on my way home at 1100.
