"The secret ospital"

Whilst the service in the hospital is ok there is no mapavailable of departments so you cant work out where to go until you get there - why the secret? Also you only have A&E but that is not the main part of teh hospital!

I am sorry that you had a problem in finding your way around the hospital. Since Kings undertook managerial responsibility of the Princess Royal site on 1 October 2013 we have made a number of service changes. We currently are undertaking a project which will alter existing signage and bring it to the standard which currently exists at our Denmark Hill site. I am unclear which area of the hospital you visited but I am sorry that you experienced such a problem.
