Overall I am very satisfied with the care my elderly mother has received at Queen Mary's hospital. She attends 3 different speciality clinics, chiropody and audiology regularly. The reception staff are amazing and so helpful as are the majority of nurses. The portering staff are great - nothing is too much trouble.

Thank you for your posting. This Trust (South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust) provides mental health care at Queen Mary’s Hospital and not the physical health care and portering that you describe.
