"Elderly patients"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

My grandad was in this hospital a few months back. Staff chewing gum whilst "treating him". Staff complaining to us that he had soiled him self again after they had just cleaned him. He was on a high dose of morphine, bedridden and had no control over his functions. We were coming to terms with our cherished family member dying and had to suffer unproffesional and insensitive staff. Truely horrible experience. The staff showed no respect to our family a total disgrace.
