My daughter was asked today by the GP to attend the hospital for blood tests and we were told the dept was open during office hours. I called to check this and was told that the hours were Mon-Fri 9-5. We arrived at 4.20 to be faced with a note stuck on the ticket machine tsaying the dept was closed until Monday! So a complete waste of time.
