What I liked
The sensitivity, openness and professionalism of the Doctors and Nurses who cared for my mother. Everything regarding the procedures my mother was undergoing was explained carefully and her comfort was clearly top priority. I was left with the impression that everyone knew what they were doing and were extremely skilled.
What could be improved
Can't think of anything which was below an acceptable standard. The focus was quite rightly on patient care which was excellent.
Anything else?
The nurses on Ward 28 were exceptional in their attention to duty on what appears to be a very busy ward. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff on HDU were the same.
