I was admitted to A&E early hours a week ago with a severe case of Labyrinthitis. I was in A&E for the best part of 10hours (side room) and cant praise all staff enough. I was really looked after to a very high standard and every member of staff from healthcare assistants to Nurses and Doctors could not have provided a higher level of care then then they were already delivering. Only downfall i was sent away after they decided not to admit me with a 'Urgent' referal to an outpatient clinic that would be within the next week! A week has passed and on chasing this up there is no record of a referal and my symptoms have not improved!
