It's important to state that I am a staff member at this hospital but I have also recently had experience of a family member needing care very urgently as a local resident. They didn't know I worked elsewhere in the hospital and I'd like to thank the team in the A&E department for looking after them in the best way possible at a very worrying time. It was a first class service.
