What I liked The WARD nurseing staf are the best what a lovley bunch Thanks for making my stay very comfartable The food is very good What could be improved? I have been a patient and on the Heart Transplant Wating List for 929 days. When I ask why I have had to wate so long I am given a difrent reason by everyone I ask and I cant seam to get to the crux of the matter. communation seames to be a big problem with this bunch.I have been toald, that ther are younger people coming through I have been toled that there are not enough doners and a thousand other reasons . Even the social worker cant get thair act togather I rang her on the 27th of auguest 2008 she said she would phone me back, she did not bother and I am still wating it is now January 2009 I became a patient of this hospital in January 2006 and have been seen by 17 difrent doctors. most of whome I only saw once When I ask a question I am toled that Thay will have to speak to the consulant about that I am then expected to wait another Three mounths for an aswer. When I return only to find a new Doctor (who I have never seen befour) and ask for the answers to my previous question the look at me blank as thay dont know whwt I am talking about and I re ask my question or I give up Anything else? The medical staff need to learn to talk to people in an open and honest manner I am realy please that other people have had a realy good expirence of Harefield Hospital I on the other hand have not
