"Still waiting"

I have been waiting for a Diagnoses since November 2013 now it is May 2014 and still seem's to be no rush, they have told me it could be Crohns but still waiting to find out i have had to put my house on the market as i can not return to work due to medication i have to take and now have received a letter from work to say as from the 21 of May they will be looking to fill my position Thank you NHS
