I was very anxious entering the hospital. But everyone, from the surgeon, theatre staff and all the nurses on the ward were extremely efficient, competent and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. I just regret that arriving at 7.30am it was not before late afternoon that the operation was performed. A long time without food or drink !

We were pleased to learn that you received such good care and attention during your admission. Your kind comments will be passed on to the staff in the areas concerned. However I was sorry to hear about the delay you experienced whilst waiting for your surgery. .
