"Cardiology Outpatient Team - Overwhelmingly..."

Was overwhelmed by the superb service received back in April when I had an ECG monitor fitted and echocardiogram. Returned today for the results and routine tests. Once again, the staff provided first class service. They were foremost friendly, approachable, informative and professional. There was an unavoidable time delay in being seen but the staff still made time to answer all my questions and never rushed me. I am so inspired and chuffed by my contact with this Team, such that I have applied to be a Volunteer at the hospital and cannot thank them enough for their care particularly when they have such demanding roles.
