"Poor response"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Took 3 hours to be seen. Emergency nurse was unsympathetic and rude, all staff wether busy or not stuck to a set time frame. Totally lazy and completely unprofessional. I was dumbfounded to hear from friends on social media that this is common to the whole NHS system. God help us!
