I would like to thank all staff for the professional and caring manner in which I was helped to understand my hip problem. I attended the clinic yesterday and was impressed by Reception staff and particularly the Nursing Sister. Everything was explained to me carefully and I was appraised of all pros and cons of replacing the hip joint. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in a nerve racking situation.
