"Their care and support went above and beyond"

Our dear mum was privileged to have received the most amazing care on Trafford ward that anyone could have ever wished for in their final journey in life. The care, support and respect that the wonderful team provided over the couple of months went way above any we could have wished for. They not only looked after mum but always made sure that we as a family were kept informed of everything and gave us support too. We was given the chance to be mums son and daughters again instead of her carers so was able to spend quality time by her side knowing that she was comfortable, safe and happy too which meant so much to us all. We will always be grateful to them all and the Hudson centre that mum loved to visit to have a cup of tea and biscuit and enjoy being pampered. The greatest respect to all of Trafford ward and Hudson centre From the family of a our beloved mum Lena Thank you Wendy, David & Trudy

Dear Wendy, David and Trudy, Many thanks for your kind words, I can only say that it is our privilege to look after those in need and show that we care, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we take a holistic approach to looking after the whole family. We aim to ensure that patients and loved ones have quality time together, and we are so pleased that we achieved this for Lena and yourselves. It is nice to hear that we are doing our job well and it makes it all worthwhile. We really appreciate that you took the time to publish your compliments on NHS Choices and we wish you all the best for the future.
