"Excellent care in the day case unit"

I attended the day case unit yesterday in the afternoon for an endometrial ablation. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the care and service was absolutely excellent. I can't praise highly enough the staff on the ward from when I was met at reception to when I left in the early evening. They were all polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. Thank you all very much indeed.
