"Switchboard absolutely useless as other depts"

Phoning ...forget it ! you cannot no way get through to whipps and if you are lucky to get through, they connect you to the wrong dept! who then hangs up, or if you have a extension number the answer phone kicks in then tells you sorry phone back later. The tax payers money that is being wasted at this hospital must be in the millions, I campaignd to save whipps, now! I would say close it down our hard earned tax paying money is being wasted 11
