My 15 month old son had a day case eye operation at the children's ambulatory care unit today. I cannot praise them enough, everything ran extremely smoothly, all the nurses were caring and understanding, the theatre staff and anaesthetist made me feel relaxed to the point of being able to laugh when I had felt incredibly nervous. The consultant explained everything thoroughly. Thank you.
