"Cardiology unit"

Having visited the Cardiology unit today I feel obliged to say thank you. Right from the receptionist, through the nursing staff to the doctor I was treated with kindness and respect. I arrived too early and was surprised that immediately the receptionist guided me to the sub waiting area. The nurses were efficient and working hard. They were all smiles and friendly. The nurse who conducted the ecg was outstanding and quite obviously very good at her job. The doctor shook my hand and engaged me with his attention and courtesy. He was keen to ensure that I had my say and understood everything. The critics of the NHS should visit Grimsby and the workers in the hospital. They would change their view of this great service. Again, thank you all for a good experience today.
