"Excellent service from Queen Elizabeth audiology..."

I have had to contact the QE audiology department twice recently at short notice to ask for help with my hearing aid. In both instances I was offered an appointment very quickly, and was treated with great friendliness and courtesy on arrival and during the consultations. My hearing aid problems were resolved efficiently. It is reassuring to know that such a good service is available locally to people with hearing difficulties, and I should like to pass on my thanks to everyone who helped me.
