Yesterday I had a knee operation on Beaumont ward - the staff were so helpful and kind. There was a delay due to an emergency in theatre but they kept me informed and comfortable. Special thanks also the the staff on Main theatre 3 - and the nurse who was so very kind and caring in the anaesthetic room. I went into theatre and 3.15pm and came out at 5.15pm and was allowed home at 6.40pm, a wonderful service from our wonderful NHS and Warwick Hospital.
