The hospital is fine once you are there but trying to contact the consultant's secretary is nigh on impossible. I've tried to phone but this goes to voicemail almost every time. I've left messages which no-one ever replies to. I've now resorted to email to try and get through - still waiting for a response there. This morning I tried ringing the main switchboard of the hospital but they said they have the same number for that line as I do and never offered to try and put me through elsewhere in an effort to help. Pretty disappointed now.
