About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

My 93 old mother was recently admitted to Royal Blackburn Hospital and sadly passed away during her stay there. I cannot fault the care, compassion and professionalism shown by all staff, particularly those of Ward C18, and wish to thank you all.

Dear Mr Cameron

Many thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience of care at our Royal Blackburn site and specifically on C18 I really appreciate you doing so- especially as I am sure this is a difficult time having lost your mother so recently. I will pass on your praise and thanks to the staff.

Also if you would like to talk through your experience of care with one of our Patient Experience team so we can understand the bits of this that made this a good visita difference for you we would really value this so that we can try to make it like this for every patient.
