Thank you for taking the time to give us your positive feedback: I'm sorry to hear you need to return to hospital for further treatment, but glad to learn that your care was so good.

If you get the time after your next visit I'd be very grateful if you could give us more details of the clinic you are attending so I can pass your positive comments on to the staff involved with your care and treatment.
