The link on the feedback form appears to be incorrect. If you require feedback I feel that this should be rectified as not everyone will take the trouble to find this site. My only criticism regarding my experience is that I was required to stay overnight. This possibility had not occurred to me as my treatment had always been referred to as day surgery. Had I known I would have been better prepared for my stay. The Staff provided slippers and gowns, mouthwash (no toothbrush or toothpaste) and the doctor very kindly charged up my phone. Maybe a small supply of emergency kit (Such as that provided at Watford for emergency admittance) should be kept on hand for people in my circumstances. (even at a small charge)
