"Last night"

I was taken to A&E last night, currently waiting for my gallbladder to be removed. So I was in agony. 1. The triage nurse was fantastic and a credit to the NHS 2. The doctor was rude, appeared clueless and very uninterested ( openly admitted she didn't know if she could send me home with tramadol) 3. The cubicle I was in was dirty the floor covered in hair As a result I'm really not looking forward to having my operation done at worcs hospital
