"A light has come on and I have found a new, brighter way to look at life"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I visited the Liverpool office in city centre. I have attended many counsellor/courses throughout my illness – post traumatic stress disorder!

I recently attended sessions with Yuko. She helped me so much. It’s beyond belief. I feel in a much better place and this was because she listened, reacted with empathy, helped me to deal with my difficulties in moving on in cognitive thinking therapy.

A light has come on and I have found a new, brighter way to look at life. I never believed I would find this place, and it was Yuko who supported and guided me to come through the dark place I was in.

No one would understand unless they experienced this themselves, but Yuko was key to my thought process, enabling me to start to live again.

Dear Gene562,

Thankyou for sharing your experiences of therapy. It's great to hear that you have found your therapy with Yuko so helpful and that have found a new, brighter way to look at life. I'm sure your feedback will be encourging to others who are perhaps considering therapy again after having had previous therapies.

Yuko will be delighted to hear that you found your sessions so helpful- I will make sure she receives your feedback.

Best wishes

Tracey
