I had never had this sort of treatment before and was quite nervous, and even more anxious, but my therapist, Terry, made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I am usually a strong person and now realise that we all need a little bit of extra help and that it’s nothing to be embarrassed about.
My only complaint was that the first visit I was upset and staff came and moved us, I was very embarrassed.
Also, each time was a different room and the computer and printers didn’t always work!
Overall, this has helped me cope with my anxiety.
