"Advocacy support really helped me a lot"

Advocacy support really helped me a lot. When I felt I was not being taken seriously and not being treated right by Gabalfd mental health services.

They helped me to write letters and get my voice heard. They made me feel like I was important and not a time waster. They didn’t brush me off or anything like that.

They are very polite and they listen to what I was saying. They made me feel at ease. They made dealing with mental health services a lot easier.

I am very grateful to them.
