"Care and advice was excellent but long wait for appointment"

About: Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Care and advice was excellent when I eventually received an appointment.

My issue is the long wait. When you have a worrying problem, are in pain and are given disturbing advice, 7-10 days is long enough without professional help.

Appointments should go back to being made by physiotherapy departments and not from an office!
