I feel lighter and much more confident in my everyday life. My self-esteem was so much on the ground I could barely face the day and I’d exhaust myself with excessive worry about… everything.

Now I know that by following a plan or doing an “experiment”, I can confront situations and people instead of automatically thinking a myriad of negative thoughts, accompanied by unbearable negative feelings.

The whole experience has been positive. The staff have all been so kind and respectful. My therapist has always been reassuring and a good listener. Very helpful, very practical.

I have found out useful things about myself with her help.
