The Staff are really helpful and professional
What could be improved
Bring back the Matron and get rid of managers with no medical background.

The Trust has brought back matrons several years ago – every clinical area is supervised by a Matron who ensures high standards of cleanliness and nursing care. In addition, the Director of Nursing has a seat on the Trust Board and ensures that clinical and quality issues are discussed by the Board.
