"Knee Surgery"

I cannot speak too highly of the care, consideration and courtesy I received by all staff with whom I came into contact, from surgeon, anaesthetist and theatre nurses to receptionists and cleaners. Everyone was keen to help and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. I saw more of nurses, ward assistants and physiotherapists than other staff, but could not help but be impressed by how proud everybody seemed to be of the hospital. Food etc was first class. Members of my family who visited were equally impressed by all they saw. There was an atmosphere of peace and quiet which was a great help recovering from the operation, and the design of the building helped to give privacy without being cut off. It all contributed to making what could have been a traumatic experience easy to deal with.
