My lady friend has been awaiting a heart operation whilst in the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
She has been in hospital for the past 7 weeks and been given at least 5 dates for the operation none of which have been honoured. The last excuse was that there were not sufficent specialist staff available.
Very upsetting for the patient and worrying that the delay is causing her to be vunerable to hospital bugs.
