"Taking my friend to A&E"

Last night I took my friend to A&E where we arrived at 9.40pm. She checked into reception as soon as we arrived and was told to take a seat and the nurse would see her as soon as possible. It was less than ten minutes before the nurse called her in. Within five minutes of being in the cubicle with the nurse the fantastic Dr was there to see her. She was taken into a quiet area within A&E and all of the tests she needed were done immediately. Within less than two hours of arriving at the hospital she was on a ward with a private room. I cannot fault the care that my friend received in any way infact I cannot praise the hospital enough. The staff all treated her with care, dignity and respect.
