"poor"

About: William Harvey Hospital

I felt invisible from start to finish no-one introduced themselves explained what had happened or my prognosis the consultant talked at me without examining me the physio handedness crutch and shoved me in the back. No-one asked me how I was till the day I was shoved in a wheelchair with my belongings piled on top of me at which point I said I am not happy. The sister said I should have said earlier at which point I lost it as I am in a lot of pain with several broken bones severe bruising which none of the staff seemed to get .

Thank you for taking the time to feedback, and I am really sorry to read about your experience which falls short of our expectations about the standards of care we provide. I would like to learn more about your experience so that we can ensure that staff have the opportunity of understanding the impact this has had on you. Please do email me on Julie.pearce1@nhs.net
