"First class review regards Day Surgery Ward"

Hi I had to have a small operation I was told to be there for 12.30 and only had to wait 10 minutes before being called was shown to the small ward by a nurse who explained what would be the procedure for me that afternoon.Not long after a doctor came and took various notes together with blood sugar test and blood pressure readings Not long after that another nurse came and asked me to chhange into a gown which i must have put on backwards and she helped me put it on the correct way.The staff that were waiting for me in the pre operating theatre were very friendly and put me at my ease.After the operation was returned to Ward and again looked after by a first class team. I would give them top marks and would like to give them a Well done. Many thanks Dave.
