"10 wk old baby with a head injury"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

Yesterday we brought my 10wk old baby in to A&E after an accident at home resulting in a minor head injury. Both my husband I were extremely impressed with the level of privacy, dignity and compassion we were shown by each and every member of staff. Despite theunit being very busy everyone was helpful with a smile on their face. It saddens us to think that NHS staff often get slated and praise isn't given enough. Many thanks again.
