What I liked
When the person I was visiting was transferred from the surgicla ward
What could be improved
Patient care - my relative was left in agony awaiting pain relief for over an hour while the nusre went for coffee. The ward sister would not speak to me when I raised my concerns.. A used urinal bottle was left on the locker for over an hour and several alcohol hand gel bottles within the area were empty.
Anything else?
Very poor quality of nusring care, poor communication and terrible standards of cleanliness.
