our mam was admitted to hospital with fracture due to fall she was having rehab then got phenomio she picked up a little then we were called in as she was in respiratory failure she sadly passed away in febuary the care our mam received was fantastic and we as a family would like to thank all staff on ward 3 and ward 24 a great big thank you our biggest thanks go to the physio for saving her life when she took poorly on ward 3 and the nurses on wd 24 you have amazing team

I was so sorry to hear about the sad loss of your mum. I imagine this is a very difficult time for you and the rest of your family and I want you to know you are all in our thoughts.
