"Let down again after previous complaint"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I reviewed 3 weeks ago and they called me and apologised. They said we would get a call back but , nothing. I am writing this review sitting in this place. We have yet to be seen by a doctor for the last 5 hours. They are shortstaffed they say! Well they should close this place and not take the mick out of the public. I will be putting an urgent transfer request to queen charlottes first thing in the morning. Shameful
