"Operation in North Downs"

I recently had a replacement shoulder operation in North Downs, staying for 3 nights. The care I received from start to finish was excellent and I cannot speak too highly of all the staff I encountered. Everying was explained to me, all my questions answered and I felt reassured at all times. Pain relief and after care were wonderful and, as handling cutlery was difficult with one hand, I was given help with eating and drinking and at no time did I feel that this was a nuisance to the staff. I would recommend anyone to choose North Downs under the system of "Choose and Book" on the NHS and can only say how fortunate I feel to have had this choice.
