"efficient service but dirty toilets"

About: University Hospital Lewisham

I was referred on a Sunday via 111. The process was very smooth, efficent and the doctors were great. My only gripe was with the toilet. They were filthy with no toilet roll, hand towels and the toilet seat had been ripped off. The cleaner chart said last checked on Thursday lunchtime.
