"Very dissappointed"

Came to a and e as been told by 111 earlier today that if the pain got worse go to a and e. The pain in my ear to my jaw got worse so i went to a and e and sat there for 5 minutes waiting and got called into assesment room the women was acring so jusgemental then got out and sat down and half hour later asked for cups for water and started being poliete and trying to have a poliete conversation to receptionist was rude and just walked away so i sat back down and have now been here for 2 hours when at 3am as you can imagine the waiting room is empty i have been sat here crying cause of the pain i am 18 years old and am very ashamed of how this hospital has treated me
