About: Royal Preston Hospital

We're do I start one of my family members was admitted onto ward 14 earlier this week for an operation. The ward is filthy the room has not been cleaned in the week I have been visiting the staff are very rude never do anything when asked often use bad language loud enough for both patients and relatives to here the care and respect the patients get is awful all in all this is like no ward I have ever seen in my life they never receive medication on time and not by minutes but by hours.
